All orders are processed within one working day (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). In rare cases, such as limited stock or large quantity requests, processing may take up to two working days. Once accepted, delivery is usually completed the next day.
If you provided an email address, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. For card payments, your order is confirmed only after the payment has been successfully processed.
Unfortunately, no changes can be made once the order is confirmed and paid for. This includes changes to box types, contents, or ingredients.
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact +971552054391 or contact@bruijngourmet.com to request a cancellation. You may then place a new order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed.

In rare cases, a product may appear available at checkout but become sold out during processing. If this occurs, our customer care team will contact you promptly to suggest a replacement.
Delivery & Shipping
- Next Day Delivery: Available across all Emirates.
- Priority Delivery (Dubai only): Within 4 hours for orders placed between 10 AM – 4 PM, Monday–Saturday.
- Pick-Up (Dubai only): Available from 10 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Saturday, 4 hours after placing the order.
Orders placed after 5 PM Saturday until 9 AM Monday will be shipped on Monday.
All orders are delivered in temperature-controlled chiller vans to ensure freshness and quality during transit.
- Standard Delivery: 25 AED
- Priority Delivery: 40 AED
To ship to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed. Standard delivery fees apply to each order.

We require 100% advance payment to process your order. This is mandatory for confirmation and scheduling.
- Online Orders: Payment via our secure payment gateway.

- Bulk Orders: Bank transfers accepted.
Bulk & Corporate orders
We recommend confirming bulk orders at least 3–4 weeks in advance. During peak seasons (Diwali, Ramadan, Eid, Christmas, and other high-demand occasions), place your order even earlier to ensure availability.
Returns, Damages & Replacements
All products are carefully packaged and delivered in temperature-controlled vans. If your order arrives damaged, please report it immediately at delivery with a photo proof to +971552054391 or contact@bruijngourmet.com.
- Damages reported after delivery cannot be accepted.
- If approved, a replacement of the same product will be sent. Substitutions with other items are not allowed.
