Delivery Policy
For all orders received through its website, Bruijn uses TCS as its shipping partner for its express shipping services. Bruijn does not offer its customers standard shipping services due to the perishable nature of its edible products. All products carry a minimum shelf life of a month from the date of dispatch if stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
Deliveries will normally be made within 1-2 working days unless the location is hard-to-reach or far from the main city centres.
Bruijn is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer or any failed attempts at delivering the parcel that arise due to the same. Bruijn is not liable for any refunds occurring due to a failed attempt to receive the parcel by the customer in the event of physical unavailability or address misinformation. All deliveries will be attempted only once.
Even though TCS is known for its speedy service, Bruijn does not take accountability for any delays in orders and advices its customers to plan in advance by factoring in a buffer period. This is especially true during high traffic seasons like EID, Diwali, Ramadan, Christmas, etc.
For deliveries needed immediately within Dubai, Bruijn expects its customers to check the appropriate box 'Immediate Delivery within Dubai' while checking out. For such deliveries, Bruijn will use Careem and all costs of the same are to be borne by the customer who will be informed of the same through message, WhatsApp or call.
Bruijn may add a gel pack in its parcel to keep its products cool which will need to be separated by the customer upon delivery before placing the products in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
